Preconstruction Consulting and Planning
We will review land and building options with you, evaluate existing structures and properties, and provide educated recommendations for purchase, for renovations, new builds and retrofits. We will manage part or all of the entire design, develop project cost and constructability options, then plan and administer the construction of your new facility.
Land and Property Ownership and Financing Options
We assist with sourcing and investigating new land and property options, and facilitate flexible financed purchase and lease options that allow you to own your own facility while managing your operations cash flow and optimize your businesses health and growth.
Construction
Management and General Contracting
We will manage your total construction effort through zoning and permitting, licencing and contracts, self performed work and competitive tendering. We will then manage and construct the project as Prime Contractor to minimize your exposure to risk.
ABOUT RBW
RBW Consulting (2015) Ltd. is an employee-owned company with an Engineering Permit to Practice through APEGA. RBW was incorporated in 2015 as succession to RBW Consulting Ltd., which has successfully operated in Red Deer since 2011.
RBW’s vision is to provide flexible, financed land and property development options coupled with Design Services, Cost Consultation, Project management and Construction services for a complete turnkey experience. We have the expertise and investment strength to be partners in most development projects whether it be commercial, retail, recreational, housing, industrial, institutional, government, residential or other facility.
Our goal is to provide and share equitable solutions for new facility developments or renovation projects of business owners that want flexible building options and high quality facilities at the right price.
